Universal Surveys is proud to announce the employees that received this years safety awards. As part of our endeavor to create and maintain a healthy, accident-free workplace, the safety program at Universal Surveys Inc. has gone through
a re-construction phase, updating it to current legislative and industry
standards. Our program was audited in the summer of 2005, and we were
awarded our Certificate of Recognition through Workplace Health and
Safety, and the certifying partner ENFORM (formerly PITS)
In keeping with our commitment to workplace safety, Universal Surveys is also a member of the Partnerships in Injury Prevention (PIR) program, and has active member status in the Canada Safety Council.
The Universal Surveys Inc. Health and Safety Program is a tool that is used in all of our operations on every work site, by all employees. It is a living entity that will continue to undergo changes as legislation, industry standards, safe work procedures and practices continue to evolve. Our Health and Safety Program is a foundation from which both management and employees can create a safe and healthy workplace. We encourage our employees to provide input and feedback into this program, as it is their health and safety that is of utmost concern.
